CoverYourASP went live September 9th as a resource site for ASP developers. "I started playing with ASP on my home page just to see how far I could get with learning web programming. CoverYourASP was launched simply because I was surprised that within a month of putting a few articles on ASPcode.com I was getting what was to me a lot of visitors!" says James Shaw, founder and webmaster of CoverYourASP.com.

James believes that what sets CoverYourASP.com apart from other web sites of similar nature, is the fact that one can download the entire web site - all of the code that makes the site happen. "Being a C/C++ programmer for more years that I can remember, I like to see code rather than read about it when I'm learning; and just hoped others did too." says James.

Some of the tools that James has used to develop and maintain CoverYourASP.com are: Paint Shop Pro 6 for graphics, and EditPlus 2 for code editing. Today, the site gets about 120,000 pages views a month and all signs point to a steady increase in traffic every month. EverPlanet.com handles the site's increasing traffic.

"I'm told that web sites don't grow linearly, but go through growth spurts like kids!...Who knows what could happen. Like making money, a million is a magic number. I'd like to have a million page views a month in 12 months time." Says James.

Jame's creativeness and style of teaching ASP may just make his wish come true. One thing is sure though. CoverYourASP.com is one of the best ASP sites out there and stands out so far as the only site that can be fully downloaded, along with all the must have code.
