So you just finished developing
the perfect web site. Great! Now all you need is content for it
to go live, but wait how are you going to come up with the content
needed to launch your site? Let's see: People won't be thrilled
by a site that has no content, and you don't have much time to come
up with the content yourself so that pretty much leaves you hanging
doesn't it?
Well, there is no need to panic because next, you'll find a list
of free content providers that will help you get things going. But
first, let's talk about a few things you should keep in mind before
you go out there and sign up with these content providers.
Is Free really Free
The first thing you need to ask yourself when signing up with "free"
content providers is whether or not their content really is free.
For instance, some content providers require you to place an ad
or link to the content provider's site, others, ask you to pay a
small fee (contribution if you will) to be able to display their
content on your site, and finally, you may be required to credit
the content provider (which really isn't a big deal).
