"I have one e-mail account that my ISP provided me with but
it's full of so much junk that I just stopped using it. Could you
recommend a place where I can get a new e-mail account (address)?

Oh yeah, the never ending problem with spam.
I don't blame you for refusing to use your current e-mail account,
to tell you the truth I also stopped using the e-mail account that
my ISP
provided me with, my ISP says that they are doing their best to
fight spam but for some reason it doesn't seem to be working.
Anyway, you might want to try asking your ISP to provide you with
a new e-mail account for instance, AOL offers it's subscribers with
up to 5 e-mail accounts. If you don't want to deal with your ISP
then you can still get a new e-mail account somewhere else, there
are lots of places on the web that offer free e-mail accounts, here
are some suggestions.
-
Email.com
Email.com offers free private e-mail
accounts with Web browser based e-mail access.
-
USA.net
This is a fast and reliable e-mail service that provides its
subscribers with lots of features.
-
Rocketmail.com
(now owned by Yahoo!)
A free e-mail service that is fast and reliable.
-
Hotmail.com
Hotmail has been around for quite a while now, it has a lot
of features and it's fast.
There are probably hundreds if not thousands
of companies that offer free e-mail accounts (services) on the net,
the ones mentioned above are among the most popular and reliable
ones.
Also, remember that signing up for a new
e-mail account with these companies or any company for a matter
of fact, involves providing personal information.
