By now you've probably realized that just about
everybody you know has a web site, and since you don't want to be
left behind you started to think that it's time you have a web site
too.
Having a web presence is a 5 step process the first
one being realizing that you need and want to have a web site. Let's
now cover the other four steps.
Step 2 - Sketch it before
you code it
If you are new to web building or even if you've built
web pages before, you'll probably want to build your web site right
away once you come up with the idea of having a web presence. If
you are that kind of person then I've got something to say to you.
Hold your horses!
Before you start writing the HTML code for your future
web site, it is recommended that you first draw a sketch of what
you want your web site to look like.
The kind of things you should consider when drawing
a sketch should be:
Site Organization
Overall design and layout of your web pages
Drawing a sketch of what your site will look like
will help you build your web site faster because you won't spend
so much time coding and recoding stuff you want or don't want.
What's
