You certify/acknowledge that you possess all the necessary rights to submit work to WebBuilder101.com.
You may submit your graphics or Flash work as Freeware
You may submit your graphics or Flash work as Shareware
You must read and agree to these guidelines and those below.

You give permission to WebBuilder101.com to allow your work to be distributed here!
You acknowledge that it is not WebBuilder101.com or its founder's responsibility to enforce the (your) usage guidelines for your products/material available for download on WebBuilder101.com.
WebBuilder101.com or its founder cannot guarantee that anyone downloading your products/material from WebBuilder101.com will comply with your usage guidelines or those of WebBuilder101.com.

Usage Guidelines

Anyone who downloads graphics or Flash work must abide by the conditions specified below.

Freeware You may use graphics or Flash work downloaded in your presenations as you see fit.

Shareware If you download a shareware graphic/sound file/Flash work, you must abide by the rules specified by the author.

All work available for download is Copyrighted. Copyright for all work available for download remains with the author. You may not resell, reproduce, distribute, transmit, print or transfer these images/sound files/Flash work, on any tangible medium without the author's permission. You may not also include such images/sound files/Flash work, in any other publication or product or on any computer network and under no circumstances shall you add these copyrighted images/sound files/Flash work, in any collection or compilation, including one distributed through the Internet or on CD-ROM without the author's permission.

By using this service, you agree that neither WebBuilder101.com, it's founder/webmaster, partners, licensors, nor its agents will be responsible or liable to you for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages that may result from your access to or use of the work on WebBuilder101.com. By submitting your work*, you agree to not hold Webbuilder101.com and its founder/webmaster, responsible/liable for any damage, inconvenience or negative results the presentation of your content on Webbuilder101.com may cause directly or indirectly to both Webbuilder101.com's audience and you.

If your work is featured on Webbuilder101.com it will be done so free of charge. You also acknowledge that you will not be compensated by Webbuilder101.com nor its founder/webmaster in any way. WebBuilder101.com is offered as a free service and as such it is not in the position to compensate anyone in any way for work submitted as contribution.
