PhotoShop has tons of features - of all, I like using the Render feature the most (the Cloud and Lens Flare options in particular). If you saw our Wall Paper available for download, then you've already seen the results of using such options - the wall paper I'm talking about is called cyber space. I'll go ahead and show you how to create the "cyber space" effect.

Fire-up PhotoShop and open a new document - any size you want. Now, create a new Layer and make sure you specify the foreground color of your preference. Like so.

Now, go to Filter>Render>Clouds. You should get something like this.

Finally, go to Filter>Render>Lens Flare... You'll get a window that will allow you to adjust the Lens Brightness and Type - see here. Once you adjust the Lens Flare settings to your preferences, you'll get the final product.
