Keywords Metatags for both your HTML and Office documents. You also
have the option to enter more descriptive data about your document
such as Content-type, Content-language, Author, and set permissions
for Robots or search engine spiders that index your documents. Generating
and managing keywords as well as spell checking Metatag content
is also a breeze.
Keyword Search Criteria
This feature - called the Noise List - allows you to specify which
keywords you don't want Metabot to include when it generates a suggested
keyword list after scanning selected HTML files. You can also Add
and Remove words and phrases from the Noise list as well as import
and export keywords from and to noise list text file.
Enhanced HTML Editor Integration
Metabot 3.0 integrates nicely with the most popular HTML editors
- Allaire's HomeSite, Macromedia's Dreamweaver and Microsoft's FrontPage.
The key advantage of this integration is that you can launch the
Metabot wizard to edit single files or entire directory structures
as you create HTML documents, this in turn saves you an enormous
amount of time since you don't have to go back to your HTML file
to create Metadata.

Metabot provides detailed web-based reports that help both Web
Developers and Content Managers achieve unprecedented levels of
